In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within 5 business days of receiving your order. Those returned items that are worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds on sale items, although exchanges are accepted.

The return parcel cost is covered by our Reply Paid service. If you would like your parcel to have a tracking number, you will need to pay for the Registered Post option. Upon receiving your return authorisation number, we require items to be returned within 10 business days.
